Your first asset
How to start a session and get the best output
Start a new session
Tap New Session in the left menu. This opens the chat where you create everything. You don't need to describe your brand - SecretSauce already knows it from your Brand Brain. Just describe what you want to make.
How to prompt
You don't need to be specific about your brand. SecretSauce handles that. Focus your prompt on the output - what it is, where it's going, and any details about the scene, mood, or format.
A good prompt answers three things:
- What is it? (product shot, ad, social post)
- Where is it going? (Instagram, paid social, website)
- Any other details? (setting, mood, season, campaign context)
You don't need all three every time, but the more context you give about the output, the better the result.
Example prompts by output type
Copy, adapt, or use these as inspiration for your own prompts.
Product photography
- "Create a product shot of @[product] with a warm background for my website"
- "Generate lifestyle product shots of @[product] for a back to school campaign"
- "Create 5 variations of @[product] in different outdoor settings for Instagram"
Social posts
- "Create a week of Instagram posts for @[product] including visuals and captions"
- "Generate a carousel post announcing [launch/offer/moment]"
- "Make a story cover for [campaign]"
Ad creatives
- "Create 3 UGC video ad variations for @[product] for paid social"
- "Generate a hero image for a Meta ad promoting [offer]"
- "Make 10 ad variations from this product shot @[product]"
Campaign visuals
- "Create key art for a [season/moment] campaign featuring @[product]"
- "Generate a full set of campaign assets for [launch] across Instagram, stories, and ads"
Use @ to reference your assets
Once you've added products, avatars, or other brand elements to your Brand Hub, tag them in any prompt with the @ symbol. This tells SecretSauce exactly which product or persona to use.
The more assets you add to your Brand Hub, the faster and more accurate your outputs get.
Refine your output
Not quite right? Just say so in chat. You can ask SecretSauce to adjust anything - the mood, the setting, the composition, the copy. Treat it like a conversation.
A few ways to iterate:
- "Make it feel more premium"
- "Change the background to something outdoors"
- "Generate 5 more variations of this"
- "Use the same style but swap in @[different product]"
When output feels off-brand
If something doesn't look like you, the fix is usually in your Brand Brain, not your prompt. This is why AI content often takes time to refine.
Go to Brand Hub, open Talk to Your Brand, and add more context - a new example, a style reference, updated guidelines. The more you teach it, the less you need to correct.
