Video replicator

Video Replicator lets you take a video style, format, or ad treatment you've seen somewhere and recreate it with your own product and brand.

When to use it

Use Video Replicator when you've found a video you like and want to apply it to your own brand - like a competitor's ad, viral format in your niche, or a campaign you admire.

It's also useful for scaling a winning format across your own content. Use a strong performing video as the reference to generate more in the same style without rebuilding the concept from scratch every time.

How it works

Video Replicator analyzes your reference video (shot structure, pacing, camera work, transitions, mood) and recreates a new one tailored to your brand strategy.

There are 2 modes:

1. Clone: The output stays as close to the reference as your product allows. Same angle, pacing, and energy. It works best when your product is in the same category as the reference, like a skincare brand replicating a skincare ad.

2. Remix: SecretSauce takes the creative concept, structure, and mood from the reference and adapts it to what makes sense for your product, audience, and brand.

Tap New Session in the left menu and ask SecretSauce to replicate a video, or tag the skill @VideoReplicator.

• Upload your reference video: SecretSauce analyzes the shot structure, pacing, camera work, and mood. Reference videos work best under 60 seconds
• Tag your product so SecretSauce knows what it's building around
• Choose your replication mode: Clone or Remix. If you're not sure, tell SecretSauce how different your product is from the reference and it will recommend an approach
• Give creative direction (or leave it open): Tell SecretSauce if there's anything you want to deviate from like a different tone, setting, or ending. If you leave it open, it will replicate as closely as your product allows.
