Account Requirements

These Account Requirements form part of the SecretSauce Terms of Use.

To create and maintain an Account, you must:

1. be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, and have legal capacity to enter into the Terms of Use;
2. if creating an Account for an organisation, have authority to bind that organisation;
3. provide accurate, current and complete registration information, including your name, an email address you control and any required organisation information;
4. verify your email address and any other information that the Company reasonably requires to verify the Account;
5. not impersonate another person or organisation or provide false or misleading information; and
6. accept the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.

You must keep your Account information current. Account credentials and security are governed by Clause 3.3 of the Terms of Use.

The Company may request reasonable additional information to verify compliance with these requirements and may reject, withhold, suspend or terminate an Account in accordance with Clause 10 of the Terms of Use.
