1. What is a Brand Brain?
Your Brand Brain is the permanent memory SecretSauce builds from your brand assets. It stores your visual identity, voice, tone, values, and anything else that makes your brand yours.
Every asset you generate pulls from it automatically - so everything comes out on-brand without you having to explain your brand every time.
2. How is SecretSauce different from other AI tools?
Most AI tools start from zero every time you use them. SecretSauce remembers your brand permanently. Once your Brand Brain is built, every image, ad, and asset you generate comes out looking like you - not like generic AI output.
3. Do I need design experience to use it?
No. SecretSauce is built around a chat interface. You describe what you want in plain language and it generates it.
4. What can I create with SecretSauce?

5. How do credits work?
Each asset you generate uses credits. Images use fewer credits than more complex outputs. Credits refresh monthly and unused credits roll over. Head to Credits and billing for plan details.
6. What if my output doesn't look on-brand?
Go back to your Brand Brain rather than fighting it in chat. Open Brand Hub, go to Talk to Your Brand, and add more context -- a style reference, an example, clearer guidelines. The more you teach it, the less you need to correct.
7. Is my data secure?
Yes. Your brand assets, Brand Brain, and everything you generate are private, never used to train shared models, and never shared outside your account.
8. Can I use SecretSauce with my team?
Yes. Plans from Ultra upward include multiple seats. Team members share access to your Brand Brains and credits. Head to Credits and billing to see what's included in each plan.
9. I'm in beta. What does that mean?
You're using an early version of the product. The team is shipping updates constantly and your feedback shapes what gets built next. Use Feedback and Help in your account menu to send any questions or bugs.
